Sugar Beets


If soil has sealing problems, crusting problems, or high Mg:
Apply 2 gal/acre in the Fall

During planting:
1 gal/acre in 2 x2 seed rows

When the sugar beets have 6 true leaves:
You can water-run 2 gal/acre of humic with required nutrients

Before row closing:
Apply another 1 gal/acre with required nutrients*.

*If you don’t have crusting and other problems such as compaction, high salt, etc, you can apply 2 gal/acre prior to row closing, instead of the 1 gal/acre recommended above.
